The Water Wars

The water wars is a suspenseful, futuristic novel. This book illustrates a world without enough water. The very little water is government controlled, with is sold for ridiculously high prices. All of the ice caps have melted, into the oceans, and the lakes, streams, and rivers have dried up. Their only hope is Ka; a boy who can "sniff out" the only water that's left. Kai has to choose which side he is on, before someone decides for him. Or before it is too late.
