Claire is set to be a movie star, Dylan is *still trying to lose weight, Alicia is her normal gossip reporting self, Kristen is still a soccer star, and Massie is her normal bratty self. Massie, the leader of the “Pretty Committee” is back, and vying for her spot at the top. She realizes that being at the top in 8^th grade will be harder than it was in 7^th. Will Massie, and her posse find the key to a super-secret room in time, or will someone else become the most popular? This was an okay book, but it was a little predictable. It is an easy read, and can be funny.
